I have gt 430 factory overclocked at 730 mhz what's the best settings to overclock without destroying my card

It's a software based GPU overclocking program made by MSI. The program monitors your temp, fan speed, and FPS among other things.
The overclock is extremely simple.
I would say 900MHZ with the fan around 50% would do it. After that I would run games that you normally play for 1-2hours to see how stable it really is. You could even choose to run furmark or even 3dmark to test the stability of your overclock.
