Which is the better graphic card for gaming, 1gb Nvidia gt240 ddr2 or 2gb gt430 ddr3?

In the nvidia website GT240 has higher graphics and compute performance but 430 supports directx 11.

and gt240 is only ddr2 and 1gb unlike Gt430 it is ddr3 and 2gb.
