GeForce GT430 vs GeForce GT 240?

im planning to buy one of these cards

my sys config is::

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz

2046MB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 512 mb

mobo: Gigabyte G31M-ES2L

400wat psu



I HAVE A GEFORCE 8600 GT GRAPHIC CARD.I AM PLANNING TO UPGRADE TO ONE OF THESE CARDS



which is the best among these two

I recommend Radeon HD 5670 for your budget and power Supply.it is much faster than GT 240 DDR3 and DDR5 models and smokes the GT 430.
